Frontend is ready for a real API. The browser can preview and download the actual uploaded file right now. True background replacement and a transformed MP4 require a server/model that segments the rider + bike, tracks frames, composites the selected world, encodes MP4, and returns the output URL. This build will never pretend that happened when no backend is connected.
